For whatever reason and at any time during the 1st 30 days after receipt of any normally stocked item(s), you may return item(s) to us with no restocking charge. No returns will be accepted for respooled or altered product. Please do not write on packaging of returned item. All non-stocked products are subject to factory return policies. It is possible that non-stock items will not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking charge. All returned materials must be in their original condition and shipped freight prepaid. Any originally allowed freight charges will be deducted from the credited invoice.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice. When returning items, call Garlands and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning product. RGA’s are only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
When calling for return please have the following information: COMPANY NAME – PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – INVOICE NUMBER DATE OF INVOICE – SERIAL NUMBER (If Applicable) – REASON FOR RETURN
All returns must be authorized in writing prior to returning any products. Merchandise must be returned with it’s original packaging and the RGA number must be written on the shipping label. Please do not write on or place tag directly on the original factory boxes. Products received without an RGA number on the shipping label will be refused.
We make no warranty with respect to products that are not manufactured by us. Warranty for such products are subject to the Factory whom manufactured the product. At your request, Garlands can supply warranty information for any factory in question.
Manufacturer warranty: Should the product fail within the factory warranty period, the warranty exists between you and the manufacturer. In such cases you should return the merchandise to the appropriate factory for repair. If you need assistance to determine the nearest manufacturer warranty center, please call Garland’s Inc.
