Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!

If our products do not satisfy or meet your expectations, your order may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a product refund.* If your order falls outside of the 30-day return window, returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. For a review, please fill out the contact form below.

Before sending your order back to us, you must fill out the form below to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number, as well as return instructions. Returned merchandise** must be in like-new condition and we will email you a packing slip upon receipt of your RMA form. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.**

Garland’s Inc. is committed to finding the best shipping rates for you. We will use our preferred carriers when we see fit and we will select our shipping carrier based upon the best rates available at the time of shipping. We will work with you to ensure the product is shipped in the most timely and economical fashion possible. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking numbers are sent to the customer via email of record upon shipment.

International Shipping: Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are imposed after a package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company, or others. Rejecting an order due to duties, taxes, or fees does not entitle the purchaser to a refund from us and may not avoid the duties, taxes, or fees.

Looking to get your order at your doorstep fast? If you need your order expedited, give us a call and we will try to accommodate your needs! Every situation is different depending on the order size, the item ordered, and where the order is being shipped to/from.

Garland’s Inc. can ship UPS Next Day Air (NDA) or 2nd Day, etc. if needed. Just remember that shipping charges are likely to be more expensive when choosing these expedited methods. Please note, we will notify you of additional shipping charges before your order ships.

How do I know what the lead time to ship is?

We will notify you of your expected lead time when we confirm your order back to you. We list expected lead times for most items on our website which can be subject to change at time of order. This information can be found with the item attributes on the product page. If the lead time is not listed, contact us and we will gladly let you know! We also drop ship some items from our other branches (and occasionally our suppliers) to save time in some scenarios to get your order to your doorstep faster.
